Why Toyota Fortuner Don’t have a Sunroof ?

Toyota Fortuner

Japanese carmaker is always known for the safety and durability in their vehicle. Toyota has always been built on reliability. Sunroofs shouldn’t interfere with that because they require routine maintenance for the rubber and seals. This could cause leaks in the cabin if regular maintenance isn’t done. Temperatures in India can get as high as 45°C. In these cases, a sunroof is pointless in a condition where the AC has to work harder when there are sunroofs as it act like a heat magnet for the car. Additionally, roof-mounted air conditioning is a feature of Toyota vehicles such as the Innova and Fortuner, which may cause problems if you have a sunroof.

Removing the sunroof from the list of amenities contributes to this company’s cars being less expensive overall. It also make the vehicle rugged. For the goodwill, the corporation does, however, charge a hefty premium price , knowing that the public will never quit buying its vehicle.
